Common questions

Why don't you ask for my birth time? Because most people don't know it, and asking would cost more users than it would gain accuracy. Birth time is only needed for a rising sign. Your sun sign and your natal moon sign come from the date alone — and where the Moon changed sign on your birthday, the app tells you so instead of guessing.

The app says my Moon "may also be" another sign. Why? The Moon moves through roughly one sign every two and a half days, so on some days it changes sign partway through. Without a birth time we cannot know which side of that change you were born on. Rather than pick one and sound confident, the app shows both.

Does this work without internet? Yes, completely. Every reading, compatibility score and moon phase is calculated on your phone. Turn on airplane mode and everything still works — the only thing that needs a connection is starting a subscription, because Google Play handles that.

My card takes a moment to appear. Each card is a real 3D object with six separate texture layers, so the first load of a card reads a few megabytes from storage. It is cached after that. If the card never appears at all, your device may not support WebGL 2 — tell us your phone model.

How do I cancel PRO? In Google Play, not in the app: Play Store → your profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Gildeck. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

I paid but PRO isn't active. Open the subscription screen and tap "Restore purchases". If that does not work, write to us with the Google Play order number.

I changed phone and lost my settings. There is no account and no cloud sync, so your date of birth is entered again on a new device — it takes a moment. Your subscription follows your Google account and comes back with "Restore purchases".

Are the horoscopes real? The astronomy is real and computed properly: moon phase, illumination, the sign the Moon is in, the planetary ruler of the day. What we write on top of that is interpretation, meant for reflection and enjoyment — not prediction, and not advice. Please don't make important decisions based on it.

Can I use the card artwork? Screenshots, freely — share them anywhere. The illustrations themselves are ours and are not licensed for redistribution or reuse.
